Terms & Conditions

  • Spotlight Dance or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
  • Spotlight Dance reserve the right to remove from our school - without refund - anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at dancewithspotlight1@gmail.com / 07894429086
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances - please see additional information at the bottom.
  • If there are any sessions cancelled by Spotlight Dance, we will always endeavour to offer a make-up session. 
  • You must give 4!weeks notice to leave our programme in order for admin to ensure your payments are cancelled in a timely manner

Additional Information

 Pupils are expected to arrive on time to warm up / stretch – this is to prevent injury and instill discipline within the school. If you are running late please enter the class as quickly as possible, warm up and join in with the remainder of the class.

Uniform - please see list given when you enrol for what to wear to class. Hair must be tied up for class. Please keep jewellery to an absolute minimum – preferably none at all.

Breaks are given throughout the class, any juice or water brought along should be in plastic bottles, and everything must be cleared away before you leave class. 

If you have an inhaler or require medication, please ensure it is brought to every class with you. If your child has any additional needs please ensure you inform teachers of this so that all efforts can be made to give your child the best chance to succeed, thrive and get the most from their classes.

Payments - All classes must be paid for, you are joining for the term and missed classes are still to be paid. The only exceptions are if absence has previously been specifically agreed ( With Shannon )
